Cranbrook School

Founded in 1918, Cranbrook is a distinguished Anglican independent day and boarding school for boys, Pre-school to Year 12. Cranbrook operates four campuses catering to approximately 1300 students.

Cranbrook had a considerable number of under-utilised print devices, basic print functionality and performance when it engaged CPC to identify cost inefficiencies, consolidate, modernise and optimise its fleet.

• 110 print devices, 23 different models with a total of 59 different consumables,
• 8 different copy costs,
• Multiple invoices, and
• Average printer speeds for B&W and colour printing at 30 ppm.

CPC deployed a customised solution to meet the schools requirements, combining Ricoh multi-function colour devices, HP single function B&W printers with YSoft SafeQ software providing centralised print management to reduce costs, increase document security and improve workflow productivity.
