LFL&M is among the top 50 California law firms with twelve offices statewide. They are also the largest law firm specializing in the defence of California workers’ compensation claims.
Workers’ compensation law is particularly paper intensive, with case files averaging 5,000 sheets of paper, bearing a significant impact on the organisation’s logistics, storage, document management and processing. LFLM were looking to reduce their reliance on paper, streamline their processes and workflows and reduce operating costs. CPC identified a considerable number of underutilised devices and an ageing print fleet lacking the functionality to efficiently support the firm’s operational objectives.
